Paul HegyiPHYSICIANS: We are pleased to share that the Monoclonal Antibody Treatment Center (MARC) is now offering the EUA–approved combination of bamlanivimab and etesevimab as a monoclonal antibody treatment, in addition to the previous bamlanivimab–only option.

Refer medically–eligible individuals by calling (619) 685-2500. Patients who are 65 years of age or older can self–refer by calling the same number. Or you can email the referral form to COVIDTreatment@sdcounty.gov.

The MARC is open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm at the Palomar Medical Center Downtown (555 East Valley Parkway, Escondido, 92025). It is accepting all medically–eligible patients who live in San Diego County, regardless of health insurance or immigration status.

Treatment should be administered as soon as possible following a positive test result, preferably within 72 hours of symptom onset and no later than 10 days after symptoms begin.

The next Clinical Town Hall will be tomorrow evening, March 24th, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. The next Town Hall after that will be on April 21st. Please submit questions in advance and CLICK HERE to do so.
